Terms & Conditions

1.
All chair covers and sashes remain the property of LOW COST CHAIR COVERS LTD AT ALL TIMES.
2.
The hirer (person hiring the services and paying monies) is responsible for any loss or damage to hired goods from delivery to collection.
3.
Any loss or damage must be paid for by the hirer.
4.
Light soiling is acceptable, permanent stains or damages will be charged for accordingly.
5.
Current charges for delivery/collection are at £0.42p per mile outside the Birmingham area.
6.
A fitting charge of 30% applies to all chair covers orders.
7.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% for total order is payable on receipt confirming your booking, this ensures your date is booked and confirmed. WE DO NOT ADD DATES INTO THE DIARY UNTIL A BOOKING DEPOSIT OR FULL AMOUNT IS PAID IN FULL.
 
8.
All outstanding monies for the event are due two weeks prior to your event, in the event of non payment we will not be able to complete the event.
9.
Chair cover samples will be charged for at £10 each which will be refunded upon return. If samples are not returned an additional charge of £10 will be incurred. Please keep a receipt for goods returned to avoid discrepancies should returns get lost.
 
10.
If chair covers or sashes are lost or damaged the hirer will be charged £5 per cover and £2.50 per sash.
11.
Hirer will be informed of any loss or damages within 3 working days.
12.
Deliveries to third parties or unoccupied premises are made entirely at your risk, we recommend that wherever possible a contact is available to accept the goods, if the covers/sashes are lost/stolen the hirer will incur the full cost.
 
13.
Please ensure that all chairs are set up in the correct way to enable Low cost to complete the fitment of chair covers at the correct time. WE DO NOT PUT OUT CHAIRS AND TABLES. In the event that we arrive at the venue at the time stated to us and the chairs are not set up we will not be able to complete the fitment of chair covers and therefore hold no liability to any inconvenience caused or chair covers not being fitted on time for the event. We will try to do our upmost to ensure that your event is completed on time but liability remains with persons booking the venue /hiring covers.
 
 
 
14. Prices quoted are for one days hire only apart from day of delivery and collection. Subsequent days will be charged at a daily rate unless a special agreement has been arranged prior to the event between the Owner and the Hirer.
 
15.
Low Cost Chair Covers Ltd shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property howsoever sustained arising from any goods under hire. The hirer will be responsible for ensuring the chair covers and sashes are fitted correctly to prevent any injury. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wilful damage, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the linen without our approval.
 
 
 
16.
Please note that any last minute bookings will incur an extra charge of 20% on top of the total booking price. (last minute means less than three days notice).
 
17.
If we have to cancel a booking due to reasons beyond our control, we will do so in writing or by Email returning any deposits paid and recommend another reputable company.
18. When a deposit is paid the payee is automatically bound to the terms and conditions of Low Cost Chair Covers, where no signature is obtained.
19. Consultations are provided strictly by appointment only.

The Terms and Conditions above have been specifically made for LOW COST CHAIR COVERS LTD, any copying or unauthorised usage whether it be in part or full will be subject to legal action being taken against individuals or companies
